Shipping and Returns

All return items must have original tags in place and be free of wear, stains, odor, or any condition which would prevent it from being sold as new. reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the policy outlined above. Items that are not pre-authorized for return will also not be accepted, and will be sent back to you at your expense.
If  your item meets the above guidelines and you wish to make a return, please email , with the subject line “return request _ your name _order number”.
Return requests must be emailed within three days upon receipt of your purchase. In your email please state your item and specify the reason behind your return.You will receive a reply confirmation from which point you have an additional 7 days to ship your item back.
Unfortunately, cannot accept a return request or returned merchandise outside of the three and seven day time frame.
Once your return has been received, you will be refunded the amount paid, less original shipping costs.

Please note, you are responsible for all shipping and customs charges associated with returning an order.
