Shipping and Returns

All return items must have original tags in place and be free of wear, stains, odor, or any condition which would prevent it from being sold as new.  Hanniachar.com reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the policy outlined above. Items that are not pre-authorized for return will also not be accepted, and will be sent back to you at your expense.
If  your item meets the above guidelines and you wish to make a return, please email [email protected] , with the subject line “return request _ your name _order number”.
Return requests must be emailed within three days upon receipt of your purchase. In your email please state your item and specify the reason behind your return.You will receive a reply confirmation from which point you have an additional 7 days to ship your item back.
Unfortunately hannia char cannot accept a return request or returned merchandise outside of the three and seven day time frame.
Once your return has been received, you will be refunded the amount paid, less original shipping costs.

Please note, the cost of the return has to be assumed for the client, Hannia Char makes responsaible just for generating the return shipping guidelines. ( 59-65 usd return cost)

Only hats purchased through www.hanniachar.com can be returned via the above method. hannia char cannot accept returns on merchandise from partnered retailers.

In case you receive a box that its visibly in poor condition, we kindly ask you not to accept it and inform the delivery person that you will not accept the package due to the damage packaging. If you choose to accept it, it will be at your risk, and we will not be able to take responsability for any product that arrives damaged, as we cannot cover the warranty for deterioration caused by the shipping company.

Products purchased on our website can be exchanged at our physical workshop in Cartagena, Colombia. you have a period of 45 days for this exchange from receiving your order
